THIS WEEK'S RECIPE
If it’s cold and wintry where you are and you are dreaming of spring…then I have a recipe for you! This dessert recipe has 2 ingredients, is easy to prepare and bakes in half an hour! Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix (any brand)
1 20 oz. Can Strawberry Pie Filling (any brand)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and strawberry pie filling with a hand mixer. Do not follow the directions on the cake mix box, do not add water.
Once everything is mixed together, pour into an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top begins to brown.
Cool completely then cut and serve. I like to add fresh cut-up strawberries and whipped topping.
AUDRIANA'S CORNER
Hey Everyone!
It has been 2 weeks since I have been here! Last week mama had that terrible “stomach flu”! I stayed by her side all last week making sure she got lots of rest, kept herself hydrated and made sure she ate some soup too. I am happy to say that mama is feeling so much better and she has been busy this week catching up on business! Also, Ziva the Diva (my kitty sister) is doing okay! Her sinus issues have eased up and she is feeling better too! I am so glad everyone is on the mend and our lives can get back to normal!!
