TRAINING CAMP utilizes new equipment and focuses on the mechanics of proper movement to build strength, endurance, and power.
Although effective as a single session, TRAINING CAMP is built out in a four-week program and progresses weekly with 50 min full-body workouts. Each session pairs heavy strength movements with high intensity rotating stations.
Sessions are capped at six people, allowing trainers to maintain control of the group, introduce more creative exercises + equipment, offer individual feedback + form cues, while also encouraging camaraderie amongst participants.
As we saw in recent studies, the way we train is heavily impacted by our cross training. This concept has been in the making for quite some time (thank you for being patient!) and we’re finally ready for you.
