Editor's note
Happy Sunday!

Our mindset is so powerful, and working on cultivating an abundance mindset is one of the best habits we can get into.

While I've loved the idea of hot girl walks since hearing about them on TikTok, I've been playing with my own version of this recently that I'm calling “manifesting walks.”

It's super simple. Going on a 10-20 minute walk listening to a manifesting playlist or motivational talk to get me in the best mindset going into the day. You're only thinking about what you want and thinking positive in this time frame.

Ideally, this walk happens in the morning, because after we wake up we're in the best time of our day to get into a manifesting mindset after we've been sleeping. It's like a clean slate, before all of our old thought patterns creep in. So the faster we can get in those positive vibes, the better.

You can't help but feel so good after this walk. And it's especially useful if you're working on goals right now that require you to step into an evolved version of yourself.

Even if you don't do it daily or in the morning, it is such an easy way to reset whenever you need an extra confidence boost as you're working toward your goals.

Let me know if you try it!

2- This Abraham Hicks morning rampage for a good day is the perfect way to kickstart your manifesting walk.

3- When you come home, read something positive like Brianna Wiest's 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think before starting your day.

A few community responses to “do you have any manifesting practices that you've been adding to your life?”

“I found a new way to play with LOA, inspired by the statement of Abraham that it is as easy to manifest a button or a castle :)

Still working on letting in the castle :) but having fun with this manifesting game:Whenever I see a yellow car, I remind myself to appreciate one thing, long enough - but without forcing it - to maintain a nice and lovely feeling.

I choose yellow cars because I feel no resistance whatsoever regarding this subject. Not sure about yellow cars in the US but in Belgium is not so common, or so I thought :)”

– Michéle from Belgium

“I have started a journaling routine with a scripting session every Monday morning. I write my dream life on present tense, like I had everything I want for my future now. And it helps manifest and attract what I want. It’s game changing !”

– Marion from France
