The truth behind postpartum symptoms
Hi First name / there

Have you experienced postpartum symptoms? Or know someone who has? Have you felt like there was nothing you could do about it? That it was just an inevitable thing you (or someone you love) had to go through after they birthed a child?

Well, myth buster ~ you (or a loved one) don't have to suffer. There are ways you can heal from postpartum imbalances, and you don't have to do it alone.

Click here to watch our practitioner, Chloe Chaput, explain the Ayurvedic Science behind postpartum care, what is the Sacred Window, and how you can heal your postpartum (or forward this email to someone you love who's going through it). If watching a video isn't your thing and you'd instead like to read, click here to read our latest blog post she wrote all about Pregnancy & Postpartum.

Here are some of our favorite holistic and Ayurvedic methods to naturally support you and your body and promote postpartum recovery.

🥙 Consume a nutritious diet of warm, non-starchy foods that are easily digestible and aid in digestion. (Rice and whole-grain dishes, bright veggies, soups, nothing too spicy, etc.)

☕ Herbal teas infused with ginger, nettle, fennel, chamomile, ashwagandha, and lemon balm. These can help with milk production, relaxation, grounding, and digestion.

🧖Rest and self-care are critical during postpartum. Your body needs to reset, and your mind needs to focus on healing and restoration. Take a warm bath or a short walk. Nap at every possible opportunity.

🧠Meditation, mindfulness and breathing exercises will help you disconnect from outside stressors and reconnect with your inner self.

🪔Essential Oils and abdominal massages aid in stress reduction and relaxation. Use lavender, frankincense, jasmine, and bergamot.

👶Create space for quality baby bonding time and focus on them at this stage. Enjoy all the happy little moments and embrace the less glamorous ones.
