A quick recap
Today we had a great group of folks sharing some of the lessons they learned the hard way. 
 
  1. Don't compromise your boundaries for clients. You set them for a reason.
  2. Expecting clients to actually read the documents and watch the walk-throughs you send is…optimistic. Repeat things whenever possible because - people are lazy.
  3. If you let a boundary lapse, don't be afraid to walk backwards and reinforce it.
  4. Being liked is not as important as your sanity. (Stay professional - but it's ok to be tough.)
  5. Don't let clients talk you into doing things you don't want to do. Smaller projects? New platform? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
