SLEEP
Have you ever noticed that some mornings you wake up more refreshed than others - even when you feel like you slept all night?
Getting better quality sleep has been part of our wellness journey. Between having kid-assisted, disturbed sleep for a few years and then hormonal-challenged sleep and stress mixed in at certain times, sleep has not been easy, especially for Natalie and Laura.
But sleep is crucial for our wellness. When we get into deep sleep, our bodies have the time to regenerate - literally. It’s when our cells get attention and our immune system steps into high-gear. It’s also when we can recoup our mental health.
We need that deeper sleep to be fully ourselves as well as just energized.
And we want to help you get it!
