Like any foreign country caution is advised however the airports are very modern and visitor friendly. Whilst at the retreat center you are on private property and we make sure you are always well looked after in all situations.

Gladly there are little to no mosquitos in the region. At times of heavy rain there can be some but it's not very common. 

We are in a sub-tropical region. It never gets too hot or ever too cold. There is frequent to heavy rains at times with an overall comfortable temperature.
