I can't believe we're already in our second week, First name / my friend! I hope you've been enjoying this journey so far, I know I've been absolutely loving creating this content for you. Now, we'll start to play in the embodiment of your photography.
Last week I jumped into a much needed self portrait session and created some juicy af photos that I'll be sharing along the rest of this journey. I had a playful, flirty, and bratty character in mind. She's messy and likes to break boys' hearts 💔 I shall name her, ‘Juicy Jacinda’.
On Day 8, I invite you to think of an identity, persona, character or archetype that you'd like to embody in your photoshoot. Even if you're not taking photos of yourself, this can be really helpful to begin stepping into the scene of your photos.
There's no right or wrong way to do this, let your imagination run wild!
Some prompts to get you started:
- What is your characters name? (perhaps it's simply you!)
- Where are they from? (Earth or intergalactic 👽)
- How do they dress, move, speak, and interact with others?
- What's their favorite activities or ways to play?
- Write a short story about them.
