How’s Your Daily Routine?

Now, if you read the subject line and immediately thought, “You don’t get it, my life is too crazy to have a Daily Routine,” ~ sorry to burst your bubble, but you’re wrong!
 
Yes, we tell our community, followers, and clients when they must be corrected! All out of love because we want you to live your best life.
 
So, we’ve told you you’re wrong. Accept it, and let’s change your thoughts into “how could I not live without a morning routine before?”
 
If you saw Monday’s IG Post, you already know what a Daily Routine is (and if you didn’t click here to view/read it). Our latest blog post is also about Ayurvedic Daily Routines or Dinacharya. 
 
The truth is that:
~ Routines establish physical, mental, and emotional rhythms.
~ Rhythms create stability.
~ Stability is sustainable.
~ Sustainability promotes healing.
 
And if you’re not sure where to start, here are a couple of tips to help get you on the right track:
 
✏️Daily Journaling
Make time every day to reflect on and jot down your thoughts, feelings, experiences, goals, and the things you’re grateful for. Try handwritten notes first, but switch to digital if you find it challenging to stay consistent.
 
💊Take daily natural supplements
Consult an Ayurvedic or Holistic Healing Practitioner before taking supplements to ensure you take the best ones for your goals, body, and lifestyle. Daily supplements can help with preventative maintenance (avoiding chronic diseases) and boosting your immune system.
 
🧘Participate In Mindful Movement
Yoga, pilates, and nature walks are low-impact activities to keep you moving without risking injury, exhaustion, or joint pain. 
 
🥗Eat and Drink Nourishing Foods
You should eat as few highly processed foods as possible. Stick to the outer rim of the grocery store and cook with lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and organic meats. Drink healthy teas like matcha, herbal blends, and black or spiced tea.
 
✌️Daily Self-Care Time Blocks
It doesn’t have to be a spa day or a massage all the time. It can be as simple as making time for meditation, breathwork, taking a bath, reading a book, drinking your tea alone with no interruptions, or applying essential oils.
