THIS WEEK'S RECIPE
3 INGREDIENT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
It doesn't get any easier than these 3 ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies (my all time favorite cookies). Whip up a batch of delicious homemade peanut butter cookies that are naturally flour-free and dairy-free! Here’s how to make the cookies:
Ingredients:
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (do not use natural peanut butter in this recipe, as it can be too oily)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar (I used turbinado sugar, brand name: Sugar In The Raw)
1 Large Egg
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350-degree F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until well combined. Scoop into 1 Tbsp. balls and drop onto cookie sheet.
Using the tines of a fork, flatten cookie dough with crisscross of fork tines.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 15 minutes Yield: 24 Cookies
Note:
Add some chocolate chips or chopped up peanuts for a tasty twist. You can also use flavored peanut butter to change it up (just make sure the flavored peanut butter is not natural peanut butter).
AUDRIANA'S CORNER
Friday's Blog Post March 10, 2023
Hey Everyone!
Happy Friday!! This week the weather has been mild, but there was one day we had a “Wind Advisory” and it was cold because of the wind and we have another “Wind Advisory” today with a chance of rain! I hope the weekend weather will be okay, but it seems that Mother Nature is having some sort of issues and just throwing whatever kind of weather she wants at us! Hopefully she will calm down soon so we can enjoy being outside without being cold or blown around by the winds!
In other news, Ziva The Diva is doing much better! The antibiotics are working and she has a lot less sneezing, wheezing and congestion and she is back to her crazy self! We are so happy about that!!
That's all that I have for you this week! I hope you all have a great weekend and I will bark with all of you next week and remember, ADOPT, DON'T SHOP!
KITTY PIC OF THE WEEK

Until Next Week, Have A Happy, Healthy & Beautiful Weekend!
