Who else is NOT ready for Daylight Savings Time this weekend?
I envy you if you're reading this and DON'T have to move your clocks forward on Saturday night/Sunday morning.
I was reminded of this glorious event by my mom, who I think takes great pleasure in watching me get four kids used to losing an hour. Because no matter what anyone tells me, the Twinx lose at least that hour. Which means Mom loses at least that hour.
The good news is that by the end of Spring Break, they'll be used to the time change.
The bad news?
There's still five more days of school between us and Spring Break. And after this week, I'm not sure I'm going to survive.
With four kids, I hear the word Mom A LOT. When the Twinx were little I would tell them that I changed my name to the artist formerly known as Mom.
They didn't get it.
So instead, I can usually tune in when I need to and tune out the repetitive Mom, Mom, Mom's, when I don't need to.
Otherwise they ALWAYS know how to get my attention.
