Dear First name / Friend,
This month The Thirlby Company turned three. Sometimes I still pinch myself thinking back to March of 2020.
I waved goodbye to my (then) team at work in front of a computer screen, completing my saddest and most awkward last day of work.
I had no idea what would unfold in the months (let alone years) ahead. Would I even like being a business owner? Would I feel completely isolated? And with the economic uncertainty of the pandemic, would I regret my decision?
It turns out that the journey has exceeded my expectations. I've worked with clients across the country and abroad. I've facilitated team retreats, delivered group coaching programs, and hosted community events. And I believe the best is yet to come.
But the reason why The Thirlby Co. has been successful is because of the people I've been privileged to serve. I've learned from the most incredible humans and teams who are making a BIG impact in this world.
In this month's issue of The Digest, we're celebrating our company anniversary with the start of the spring season and launch of the 2023 Community Challenge Series (details below).
