Let's talk about pain First name / Friend.
 
A few weeks ago I made the mistake of letting my 110 pound pup, Billy, sleep under my legs - forcing me to the edge of the bed for the entire night. 
 
It's been cold in California (by our standards) so at first it was โ€œcuteโ€ - cozy even
 
Until the next morning when I woke up with my back all outta whack and without the ability to turn my head without wincing in pain. See below for an actual video I sent my husband.

At first I was annoyed, but thought โ€œThis will go away soon.โ€ 
 
By that night I bothered my husband who is a PT and asked him to put his electrostim machine on my neck while we watched the Murdaugh Murders on Netflix. 
 
That night I was woken up over and over because every time I would move - I would be flinching in pain. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
 
The next morning, I went straight on Amazon, paid extra for the rush delivery, and promptly purchased a stand for my laptop and bluetooth keyboard. I also booked a massage.
 
$437 later - I was beyond ready to get out of the pain

That's what they mean First name / Friend when they say, โ€œDon't be the vitamin, be the aspirinโ€ or in my case - the equivalent of a tranquilizer.
