“What's your wildest dream, what would you really love to do? This isn’t about what’s logical, what the mind wants…what does the heart want?

Now imagine doing it, being there...take your time and bathe in the feelings you think it'll bring - luxuriate!!

Write, draw or paint your wildest dream onto a piece of paper - this will add weight to it and help anchor it down.
Maybe even tell someone if you're feeling bold!

Then draw an escalator or staircase (or just a set of rectangles on top of each other) and break your wildest dream down into manageable steps - you can decide how many that is.

Label each step with the task you have to undertake to reach your goal, with the top step representing your wildest dream achieved - woohoo!”

"Wildest dreams always seem like they are well beyond our present reach, so sometimes it's helpful to break them down into smaller goals, bitesize pieces.

Sometimes the hardest part is being able to be honest with ourselves, what do we actually want devoid of the expectations of others?

Maybe your wildest dream is just being able to roll out of bed and enjoy the day - it doesn't need to be anything fantastical, let's look after our mental health folks!

It's also 100% okay to be unsure about your dream, maybe instead you decide to take this 5-10 minutes as an opportunity to just rest - here, have a pillow and blankie, r-e-l-a-x.

Some of us might even realise we're on the wrong escalator...so here's a red button for you to push incase you want to stop and find another escalator to ride on :)

Your path only needs to make sense to you, be gentle with yourself because maybe, just maybe, comfort is a shortcut to success?"
