Web Design Secrets, Time Savers & hacks
Some web designers are out here focusing on efficiency and speed
Others are curating entire worlds - focusing on creation - ignoring the clock (and everything else)
And some designers are just smashing their way through just trying to make the biggest impact.
(It's kind of a Glitch + Bitch tradition that I try to get three gifs from on the same theme in one email 😊)

A quick recap
Yesterday we talked about time savers, efficiency and hacks!
Our group shared that it takes anywhere from 30 to 60 hours to build a website (not including branding).
Further investigation on social media and I got a few more answers with designers landing on 25-32 hours.
The two things that seem to take the longest are problem solving and communicating with clients.
Templates - like a welcome pack, presets within our sites, and code resources saved for future use - were the biggest time savers.
We talked about the pros and cons to outsourcing and automation as possible solutions and time-savers.
Spoiler alert: Automation works - but a robot can't do everything. Solving communication problems manually is still required.
We chatted about ways to save time when creating content to show off our work - like blurbs and photos that can work across multiple mediums.
Thanks for everyone who came.
As always feel free to respond to this email with thoughts, comments, questions, and future topic suggestions!
