Since spring
is around the corner...

We wanted to celebrate!

Hey First name / friend,

We are excited to share our March newsletter with you and tell you about a few exciting events we have coming up. First, we wanted to celebrate spring so we thought we would have a special shopping event for you on March 25th! You can come into the Mercantile, grab one of our amazing (and durable) Out of the Woods totes and everything you can fit in the bag will be 20% off—including the bag!

Aren't these adorable? Out of the Woods bags are made from renewable paper. These are washable and durable!
The next event we want to make sure you save the date for is on April 29th! We are going to be doing our first pop-up event in the flower shop! Mark your calendars and be looking for more information on our social media.

Speaking of events, we are thrilled to announce that we have hired a new team member at Cassidy Station! Cat Edie is joining us as our event coordinator. If you have questions about events you can email her at events@cassidystation.com. We also want to make sure you know that our event calendar will officially be opening on April 1st. Small events will be available in the Hay Barn only on May 1st with other spaces opening for bookings later this year. We are so grateful for your patience as we take the time to make sure these spaces are special for you and your friends and family.

As we start to have some warmer days and the daffodils bloom, we are all craving some fresher food! It doesn't get much better than a salad in our opinion and this special salad featured as our recipe this month comes from Kyle's mom Karen. Kyle's grandpa always called this “Nixie Salad" because Karen is a Nixa native and would bring this to family dinners. We hope you enjoy this recipe—we know it will make a bright addition to any meal this spring!

We are excited to welcome spring at the farm this week! We know that soon everything will be in bloom and we will be having more time on the porch. When you come to the farm we hope that you take the time to slow down, enjoy watching the animals, and maybe even take home a plant or some flowers to brighten up your home for spring. Do you have any special plans for spring? We would love to hear!
from the farm,
Sarah
