Mindset Tip: We aren’t born with patience. When a newborn doesn’t get his needs met almost immediately, he begins to cry. We’re impatient beings. Unfortunately, when it comes to some things (e.g. your fat loss/wellness journey), your only other alternative is to quit. Your patience is a requirement and one way to practice the art of patience is to upgrade your attitude toward discomfort. Yes, it may stink at the moment, but remind yourself that everything you’re going through also has a positive to it! 👏
