"Describe yourself. What traits are you “known” for by others?
Go ahead and write a list - and only stop when the tank runs dry!
Pick 3 adjectives from this list that you feel most represent you, then flip the script.
Write the opposite trait next to these words (there might be multiple, so just pick your favourite). For example:
Organised / Disorganised
Funny / Serious
Hardworking / Lazy
Look at this new list. Think about how these “opposite” traits might work to feed your creative spirit. Maybe the "opposite' words inspire the way you write, take a photograph or make a rhythm!
Perhaps being a bit more disorganised might make way for spontaneity? Or being a bit more serious and disciplined might get you to learn a new instrument? Maybe embracing your laziness might clear your mind for original thinking?
This is a process of expansion!"
