Hello, pals. 
 
Secret: I go back and forth between "am I making enough of an impact?" + seeing goosebump-inducing change in my client companies.

In my oft-grueling (+ lonely!) consulting career, what keeps me going -  is having deep friends also in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) field. 
 
We freely share tactics. Hop on FaceTime to rant. Kindly push each other's allyship + thinking. Toast each others' wins! Refer work back + forth. 
 
So here's my news:
 
Because I *love* gathering kindred spirits to all rise together, I created a new program.
 
For you. For consultants + DEI researchers + professionals who have been “tapped” + full-time DEI executives who are often the only one in the room bringing up these topics.
 
Together, over the next 8 months, we will nourish each other's spirits + level up our efforts.
 
This is THE anti-racist, feminist, kind, research-based DEI thought partners program I keep wishing was out there.
