I'm collaborating with Sleep Expert Desiree Russell of Rockababy.ca for this intimate workshop that will help parents solve the struggles of bedtime with their babies. Desiree will share the fundamentals of sleep for creating a peaceful bedtime routine, using attachment-centred, responsive strategies.

I will present exactly how to incorporate helpful sign language for naps and bedtime to support your little one having smoother more successful sleep transitions.
We will be answering your sleep questions during the personalized Q&A time at the end of this workshop.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
I'm co-hosting this 7-week Intro to Baby Sign Language Course with Kinedu, an interactive app for families. I'll be leading 7 virtual classes weekly on Zoom for families to learn exactly how to start signing, which signs to choose, and how to successfully teach their babies in my signature playful classes.
