Life of And
Tips, how-to's and encouragement for an abundant life

A season of fresh starts
In a season of Spring, Easter and closet clean-outs - I’m focusing my mind on ensuring the things I want to win at in life are the things that are getting my best and most consistent energy.
  • I want to be strong. Am I going to bed on time to allow early morning alarm clocks to be heard?
  • I want to be a great parent. Am I distracted by my phone when they are talking to me?
  • I want to be engaged in my marriage. Am I being thoughtful about how to make JR’s time away for work travel easier?
Our habits are defined by what we do consistently. Let’s remember to pay attention to the small changes in our behavior - are they moving us towards our dreams or away?

  1. Set Expectations
  2. Schedule when YOU will do summer
