Popping in to say hi with an energy reading for your week ahead.  
 
For this week’s reading, I pulled a card from my Untethered Soul deck today.

When I read this card, it reminded me of the importance of releasing fear.
 
Fear is a state of mind that can leave us feeling powerless and disconnected from the part of ourselves that is love.
 
One of the most powerful lessons I've learned from my energy healing studies is that we create our reality based on what we believe and how we act on those beliefs.
 
We have the choice to operate from a place of fear or love, but sometimes it's not so straightforward.
 
Fear can often be disguised as love, making it difficult to discern between the two. This confusion can be attributed to the ego.
 
It's important to remember that the ego is not our enemy. Rather, it's a necessary part of ourselves that's trying to protect us.
 
However, when we live life disconnected from our deeper selves, it's easier to get confused and choose fear instead of love.
 
Living a full and vibrant life requires us to tap into our senses, including our often-forgotten sixth sense.
 
When we live in five-sense mode, it's driven by the ego and characterized by fear, worry, and guilt. It's a "me against you" perspective that can lead to a restrictive and unfulfilling life.
 
Living in six-sense mode connects us to our hearts and deeper selves, letting us trust our vibes and see the world in shades of grey. It's a "me and you" perspective that works in harmony with others, understanding that we're all connected.
 
Living in fear is addictive and leads to nervousness, worry, guilt, and a lack of peace. It's a state of being that can cause physical and mental disease.
 
But living in love feels natural and lets us work together and learn from each other. It's a state where we're not afraid to be vulnerable or make mistakes.
 
Living in six-sense mode requires us to go with the flow of our energy.
 
We trust our inner wisdom and know that no matter what comes up, we can handle it. We're tuned in most of the time, so we don't worry as much.
 
This is the natural way we're designed to live.
 
Anxiety and depression are not natural, but we can learn to shift our energy from fear to love in every moment of the day.
 
Mindfulness practices like meditation or other healing modalities can help us tune in to our deeper selves.
