The Broken Star quilt encompasses some of the things I love most about quilting. I enjoy using traditional blocks with just a little twist. Hence The Broken Star Block came to life. Next my love stripes fits perfectly in this design. Lastly simplicity and not a lot of visual “noise” is what really speaks to my esthetic. This quilt brings together tradition and modern in such a fun way. Because quilt making is so fun.
