Since the inception of the event in 2019, over 250 women seeking to enter and advance in the sports industry have gained valuable knowledge, insight, advice, and mentorship from nationally respected women leaders. Currently, over forty-five percent of those attendees have taken advantage of this knowledge and their newly enhanced network to achieve their desired career position educating, developing, and transitioning athletes.
Led by a diverse group of industry experts and respected practitioners, this year’s event will recognize and celebrate women leaders in the field of athlete development and focus on the leadership challenges of organizations to address the unique needs of the female athlete.
After two years in New York City, the CAA World Congress of Sports is moving back to the West Coast in 2023 and its pre-pandemic time slot in the spring. The program will be taking place April 18-19 at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. World Congress is the largest and most prestigious sports business conference in North America. In draws more than 800 attendees, including league officers; team owners and presidents; corporate sponsors and advertisers; media executives and agency heads. While the program addresses the business of sports from the perspective of the industry’s top executives, it also features speakers and topics that transcend sports. In addition to the content, World Congress is known as a networking hub where high-profile discussions take place and deals get done among the industry’s top stakeholders.

The Women’s Empowerment Networking Luncheon is a free event which will showcase female leadership, confidence, and character, headlined by former USWNT player and two-time Olympic gold medalist Julie Foudy.The networking luncheon welcomes men and women in high school and college to learn from female business leaders, athletes, and local and national education leaders under the inspirational brand of the Rose Bowl Stadium. Attendees will network with leaders in various industries such as aviation, medicine, entertainment, and sports. Leaders will be stationed at pre-assigned tables where attendees can converse with them in a casual setting and learn more about their respective career journeys. Attendees will also have the opportunity to have a professional headshot taken that will be shared with them for their personal use!

Living Sport's International Sport Business (ISB) Program was created to give passionate sport professionals, recent graduates, and current students an edge over the thousands of job seekers looking to score a gig in sports. Stemming from the popularity of edutainment experiences, Living Sport gives young adults the chance to receive international work experience and explore other countries through sport.
Our Sport Business Program is led by industry professionals who have immense experience in the sport industry and mentoring young professionals. Program participants will interact with sport business professionals creating a lasting network that extends far beyond the program.

Students who are accepted into this program will get an immersive, inside look into the world of sports and the intricacies of the business of basketball, conducted in an ideal setting – the Las Vegas Summer League.

Sports Business Classroom is organized like a college. All students get a little bit of everything in the “GE” sections, and also choose one of three majors for in-depth learning.
