When I was growing up in Sydney there were two things I wanted to be…. a journalist and an actor and I have the fondest memories of theatre workshop groups every Thursday & Saturday in my pursuit of glory on the stage (not so fond memories of laborious uni essays).   Our rural, regional and remote areas are full of the most wonderful open vibrant and engaging kids…. athletic, bold and creative.
