The Moon is bright and full in Libra, the air sign of balance, harmony, and justice. Because Libra is ruled by Venus, the Moon is shining a bright light on all Venusian things – love, relationships, money, and beauty – and they all play an important part in what's coming up to be seen and healed now.

The Moon in Libra is opposing the Sun in Aries, and also Jupiter, Chiron, Eris, and Vesta in Aries. It's an Aries party…or is it a confusing cry fest? Let’s get into the details and how we can best navigate all of this cosmic energy for healing, mind, body, soul self-care, and divine alignment.
Let's break down the energetic opportunities at hand and what to be mindful of on our daily journeys…

The Full Moon in Libra opposes the Sun in Aries.

This Full Moon in rebalancing Libra marks the midway point of the lunar cycle that started with the New Moon in Aries two weeks ago, and shines between TWO Aries New Moons, the next one being a total Solar Eclipse on April 19/20.

The Moon being at its fullest in Venus-ruled Libra means that our partnerships are under the spotlight for release and rebalancing; familial, platonic, romantic, financial, business, political, and especially, our relationship to ourselves. As it opposes the Sun in Aries, a warrior energy that's all about initiation of the self, this moment represents me versus we, and self versus other. It's active and headstrong Aries Sun energy opposing Libra Moon energy that loves balance, harmony, and peace.

Could we be feeling this mentally, physically, and spiritually? Absolutely, but if we take the time to tap into our subtle energy, we can tap into the fuel and opportunities the cosmos are offering us to shift, as well as the insight and clarity that's available to us. Especially if we do it in an informed way. Look at what astrological houses Aries and Libra land on in your birth chart. Ask yourself:
  • Assessing all of my relationships, which feel one-sided? Which way are the scales tipping and why?

  • What would harmonizing the connections in my life look like?

  • What steps can I take to live in the harmony that I envision for myself and others?
This current cycle of change is intensified by the Aries Sun, adding a fiery pressure to the mix. If something is out of balance and you're looking for ways to shift it, remember wtf you are®️, tap into your inner alchemist, and initiate transformation. Is this easier said than done? In many cases, yes. While Libra energy wants balance, Aries wants us to zero in on the truth, and the process to both can be extremely uncomfortable.

Wherever you are on your journey of harmony, authenticity, and growth, remember how much you are worthy of what you want for yourself. Remember how much the world is worthy of a vibrant and authentic version of you, and how much those in your life are better when you stand in your power. Remember that when you exist in your Divine truth, you make space for others to do the same. Remember that conflict in any relationship is an opportunity to shed light on that connection, but that there is light that draws in, and there is light that draws out. Above all else, remember to live and approach anything and everything with love.

What it means for us: The Full Moon opposes the Sun, Jupiter, Chiron, Eris, and Vesta who are all in Aries.

I touched on all of these cosmic bodies being in Aries and what they meant in our last Cosmic Insights, but as they are opposed by the Full Moon in Libra, they have a slightly different connotation.

The most important of these is the Moon opposing the Sun-Chiron conjunction. The Sun represents aspects of the self, our way of being in the world, and it's come into this energetic dance with Chiron, the comet named the "Wounded Healer.” Chiron demands to be seen wherever it shows up in our natal charts, it's purpose being to highlight the core of our pain and how we're meant to work with it and grow from it. If the cosmic bodies were people, this is your old friend who's literally been through everything and comes into your life to tell you the truth but also guide you towards better.

This Sun-Chiron conjunction is inevitably bringing up our deepest wounds, the work that we've been doing on ourselves, but especially, the work that we're avoiding. As it opposes the Full Moon in harmonizing Libra, its a reminder that the peace and balance you crave is always in the work that you're avoiding.

Listening to astrologer Chani Nicholas speak about the conjunction this week stayed with me. She talked about the Sun being the illuminator of the conscious, waking world, and the Moon being the illuminator of the unconscious world. So with the Moon opposing the Sun-Chiron conjunction, we are, in a sense, being revitalized by the energy of the Sun so that we can mend and release the connections through which our trauma multiplies in our lives. Think about in terms of your personal wounds, and also think about this as it relates to the world at large. Stay open so for reminders, rebalancing, and revitalization. I'll touch on ways you can support the process of mental rewiring when we get to self-care.

Eris is a dwarf planet that represents chaos, strife, and discord, and while this sounds horrifying, it's giving us the fortitude (and quite frankly, the balls) we need to move. It's adding oomph to the energy of revitalization, getting us to get up and make the decisions that we need to make for our healing and evolution.

Vesta, the asteroid who represents harvest and abundance, is giving us light at the end of the tunnel energy. It's reminding us that every decision that we make right now, especially the difficult ones, are leading closer to our most abundant existence. This energy also reminds us that caring for our health and wellness is vital to all abundance.

Jupiter, the planet of expansion, is just here to magnify it all. The good the, bad, and the ugly, so let's get into how we can support our rewiring and our nervous systems in the process.
Let’s talk about self-care.

All of this rebalancing points towards rewiring our subconscious beliefs so that we can approach life in a different way. And dealing with the emotions that come with this process can be overstimulating for our nervous system. Here are some tips and reminders to help us support our nervous systems and strengthen our electromagnetic fields along the journey of rewiring and realignment.
  • Honesty. You don't need any tools for this, just your raw truth. If things are coming to the surface and they're feeling heavy and confusing, get them out on a piece of paper or on a digital doc. It doesn't matter what comes out, just keep writing until you feel like you have nothing else to say. This is especially helpful if you want to rewire your brain and you don't know where to start. Use the journal prompts mentioned or write down and statement about how you feel and just keep asking yourself where that comes from. When you cant go anymore, then you have a seed with which to work with.

  • Sound frequencies. Sound frequency therapy or sound healing is a unique method that uses sound waves to rewire the brain and promote relaxation. It's a non-invasive, natural way to improve your mental health and overall well-being. It works by exposing the brain to specific sound frequencies that activate different areas of the brain. These frequencies can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and promote mental clarity and focus. You can incorporate this into your self-care by listening to recordings, attending a sound bath, or using specific instruments like tuning forks and singing bowls for yourself.

  • Moving energy out the body. Our past experiences create our subconscious beliefs, and as we act on these beliefs and not from our truth, the energy of those traumas gets stronger, creating denser blockages in the body's pathways, preventing the free flow of energy and causing major disharmony in the mind, body, and spirit. One of the easiest ways to get energy out of the body is to simply move it! You know how toddlers move in wild ways when they're uncomfortable? They've got it right, and somewhere along the way we were told to “sit still, and stop crying,” severing our connection to our bodies and hurting our nervous system. Tap into your inner toddler and move the energy out as it's coming up.

If you want to get more strategic, I (obviously) recommend Kundalini Yoga. I will never stop talking about how it changed my rewiring process, shifted my relationship with my nervous, and strengthened my electromagnetic field, so much so that I'm teaching it weekly now. I hope to see you at one of my classes soon.
All zodiac signs rule parts of the body. Aries rules the head and Libra rules the kidneys and bladder. Support your energetic flush with more water, more time to rest and breathe deeply and intentionally, and more time just be without doing. Remember that our ego demands harmony because it says that we're deserving of it, but our soul works it way towards it because it knows that we were born worthy. Lean into the truth of your soul with love.

You can find your birth or natal chart for free online – I like using Chani Nicholas' chart generator on her website. Once you have your chart in front of you, locate the zodiac signs that pertain to this moment's astrology (the sign the Sun and Moon are in) and look at the number of the section they're in. That would be the astrological house you're looking for. You can Google “astrological houses" to get an accurate breakdown of what each means, but here is a breakdown you can use now via AstroStyle

Above is an example of Virgo being in the 9th House of travel, wisdom, philosophy, learning, and ethics, and Pisces being in the 3rd House of thinking, communication, early education, interests, neighbors, and siblings.

Knowing the houses makes all the difference in the energy and focus you can bring your intentions.

release what no longer serves you

I wholly release my attachment to relationships and connections that are out of alignment with my Divine truth.

I wholly release my attachment to relationships and connections that continue to reinforce mental patterns and subconscious beliefs that do not serve me.

I gracefully release the past and present karmic patterns that keep me connected to people, places, things, habits, and mindsets that are out of alignment with my soul truth.

I release judgment of myself, my past selves, and attachments to specific outcomes in my future, trusting that Spirit's timing is absolutely perfect.

I release the fear of the unknown future and trust that I am divinely supported, always and in all ways.
