I absolutely love springtime. As soon as the weather warms up, I'm outside as much as I can be, soaking up the warm sun and cooler evenings, finding excuses such as walks in the neighborhood or sprucing up my back porch for a work session out there.
In fact, this year I'm counting the hours I'm spending outside, with the goal to get 1000 hours outside by the end of 2023. I had a slower start with the colder months, but on our work/play trip to Florida, I've been able to have 8-10 hours a day outside!
I simply feel inspired by a warm breeze and the sound of birds. Which makes it even more fun that I'm working on a huge project that has the potential to help so many people take their health and self-care into their own hands.
(I'll update you more on that project in an upcoming newsletter, but if you are someone who has experienced stress, anxiety, or tension and you're looking for further understanding and solutions, these courses could be really life-changing.)
