Let’s talk about the one relationship we all wish we could end: Allergies.
 
We don’t know anyone (and if it’s you, please respond so we can chat) who LOVES Allergy season.
 
No, we LOVE nurturing our bodies and working on ourselves. But during Springtime, allergies can get in the way..maybe even prevent us from leaving the house!
 
No thanks, we don’t need that energy. If you suffer from seasonal allergies, there are solutions so that you DON’T have to suffer.
 
Allergies are a sign of compromised immunity, or “low ojas” in Ayurveda-speak. 
 
When immunity is compromised, we suffer from allergy symptoms - your body’s inflammatory response to irritants and foreign substances found in nature. 
 
Inflammatory allergy symptoms include hives, watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, digestive issues, and skin conditions.
 
But it doesn’t stop there. Having “low ojas” (compromised immunity) and chronic inflammation can lead to greater states of depletion, including long-term imbalances and disease.
