What does true wellness look like?
We are constantly inundated with wellness marketing but the truth is the majority of the wellness programs out there are just more diet BS that isn't truly sustainable. 
 
This program is designed to help you discover what true wellness looks like for YOU. Encouraging you to focus on habits that make you truly feel your best on a daily basis and find the rhythm that suits your life and goals. 
 
 
 
Did you know there are 8 principles of wellness?
According to research, a person who is truly well prioritizes:
Physical, Emotional, Environmental, Social, Spiritual, Occupational, Intellectual, and Financial wellbeing.
 
In this challenge we are going to focus on 5 of the 8 principles of wellness:
-Physical through daily movement goals.
-Emotional through daily mindfulness practices.
-Intellectual through virtual trainings that are provided.
-Environmental through building routines.
-Social through building community and supporting each other!
 
We are going to work on making YOU a priority again by helping you to find balance and take back power over your wellness.

It is time to get moving in ways that feel good!

This program is focused on listening to your body and honoring what it needs on a daily basis but there is a big emphasis on moving daily. 
 
When we are feeling stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected from self the best way to dial back in is to move! Literally shake off the stale energy!
 
The goal is to move your body intentionally for at least 30 minutes a day, 80% of the time (we are not striving for perfection here). There is a fun optional workout program provided incase you need some movement inspo and want to work on building strength!
 
But along with movement there are a few other habits that will be included as a part of the program for you to check off on a daily basis:
-Water goal
-3 Mindfully Balanced Meals a Day
-Daily Mindfulness Practice
-Daily Dance or Moment of Joy

We do not expect you to know how to navigate this right out of the gate, so we are providing several tools to help you on this journey. We will be right there with you to answer questions, provide the education you need to be successful, and encouragement for when things get hard, because they will. 
 
That is also why this program is NOT focused on perfection. We just want you to work on 80/20, and the Trainerize app that is provided will help you see if you are within the 80/20 boundary or not. If you fall short that is okay!! We want to encourage you to keep showing up and trying.

We are going to practice harnessing our inner power to find the balance we desire and results that are maintainable.
