Last week, I hosted a delegation of Brazilian federal judges here at the University of Texas at Austin for a week-long academic program in constitutionalism, democracy, and the rule of law. The program was tailor-made in consultation with the delegation. It consisted of a mix of faculty lectures, roundtable discussions, local excursions, and delicious meals.
