Refund and Waitlist Policy
As Power Plus Wellness expands in beautiful ways, we are excited to share an update with our community on our refund and waitlist policies.
Every month we’re awed by how quickly our experiences sell out. You are simply the best community, and we are deeply grateful to all of you.
We know life happens, however when someone can not attend and does not let us know beforehand (no show/no contact) another babe loses the chance to move with our community.
In an effort to keep wellness accessible to as many of us as possible, the PPW team is instituting a new no-refund policy with a few notes.
NO-REFUND POLICY
As of May 1, 2023, Power Plus Wellness will no longer issue refunds for any events.
This policy is an effort to support our team’s work behind-the-scenes and grant access to as many babes as possible for all experiences.
That being said, we are a community first. If you are struggling please do reach out to us. We support and value each of you.
Please note: in all cases of a PPW clerical or platform error, a refund will always be issued.
If you’ve purchased a ticket and can no longer attend you have a few options:
- Up until 48 hours before the event, you may gift any ticket to a friend directly. Once confirmed, you must email us with their name and email at powerpluswellness@gmail.com.
- Up until 24 hours before the event, you may cancel via our ticketing platform Momence and receive an automatic 10% discount code for your next class. In this case, we will admit the next person on the waitlist and confirm their attendance on our end.
- For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, please email us directly at powerpluswellness@gmail.com and we will try to send an email to our waitlist in hopes to take the spot (though not guaranteed).
PAYMENT PLANS
If you want to save your spot and not risk losing the full fee, consider using the payment plans available through Momence.
There are payment plans possible for ALL events. Plans ask for 50% upfront and automatically charge the remaining balance after fifteen days.
Please note: if you cancel before the remaining balance is automatically charged, you will not be charged further, and only lose the 50% deposit.
WAITLIST POLICY
As of May 1, 2023 Power Plus Wellness Waitlists will open one week before the event.
This will help set up realistic expectations for our waitlist as we typically pull 1-5 people off the waitlist for any given event. Please be mindful of your schedule when joining.
Please note: If you are automatically entered into a class from the waitlist within 24 hours and can no longer attend, we will evaluate a partial refund on a case by case basis.
HUMAN POLICY
More than any policy, PPW believes in honoring your body first. We ask that you be mindful of your body, our community, and our PPW team as you book and cancel.
Things happen. Life life’s. We know! And, frankly, if you wake up with a stomach bug, we want you to stay home!
