Hey there First name / friend! I hope you've been well :) Do you remember this beauty from my Nashville Needlework releases, The Forest Sampler?  Honestly, it's one of the most beautiful samplers I've ever seen and after releasing the reproduction I felt like there were so many gorgeous parts of this sampler that needed further exploration.  And because of that, I am pleased to announce the first ever HFLM stitch-a-long!
And you're invited to join!

This is going to be a non-traditional SAL, since the full sampler has already been released but I promise, it's going to be SO GOOD! And the end result will be a totally unique and custom-to-you piece of artwork featuring beautiful elements from The Forest Sampler. I really can't express my excitement to get to work on this piece, and hope you feel the same!

The top image is a digital rendering of what I envision the final stitch-along piece possibly looking like. It will have a collage-like, layered finish and I say “possibly” because no two finished pieces well look exactly the same. How fantastic is that!?

Another non-traditional aspect of this SAL is that I have not completed my stitch-a-long model yet, (yes, the sampler has been done but not the collage finish) so I get to work right along with you! Yay! We get to learn and be inspired by each other along the way as I guide us through this fun event!

The SAL is being hosted within the HFLM membership (which was introduced in March of this year) and it kicks off April 26. If you'd like to join SAL, be sure to subscribe to the “Hello Insiders”, or “Hello Insiders + Pattern Stashers" membership. And if you missed the news about the HFLM membership, I am linking an informative video here and think it will answer many of your question.

Give this video a watch for all the details:

As we get ready to start SAL, I wanted to give you all the details about what this “non-traditional SAL” will look like, including dates and a supply list. Please check out the video above to hear more about it and decided if it's something you'd like to participate in- fingers crossed!

If you have any questions after watching the video, please don't hesitate to let me know. I can't wait to get started on this with you!
Take care and happy stitching,
Liz
