Pitta Season Tips To Survive the Heat
Hi First name / there

Even though it's currently Spring, we're already starting to prepare for Summer. Why so soon, you may ask? Because our bodies will start to feel the next season before it arrives

This is exactly what our founder, Kirsten Ahern, taught in the Ayurveda One Day Immersion Program she hosted this past Sunday. During the day, participants learned about elemental constitutions, identified their own constitutions, and learned the basics of Ayurvedic nutrition (click here for our new recipe page) and how to align these energies to live their best lives.

If you want to learn more about Ayurveda, click here to watch our FREE 1-hour Intro Seminar. You'll learn about Ayurvedic medicine, the different constitutional types, and how to live your best life holistically and in a way that works for your unique being.

Okay, now that you know the transformation you can have, let's go through some tips to help you prepare for and thrive this Summer (aka Pitta Season):

🔥 Always stay cool and hydrated
🔥 Avoid spicy, sour and excessively salty foods
🔥 Stick to cool, sweet foods (watermelon, cucumber, etc.)
🔥 Skip or limit caffeine and alcohol
🔥 Use cooling spices in your cooking (mint, cilantro, fennel, etc.)
🔥 Engage in calming activities (walking, yoga, breathing exercises, etc.)
🔥 Exercise before sunrise (or at least before 10am)
🔥 Stick to a consistent sleep schedule (7+ hours!)
🔥 Ask an Ayurvedic practitioner for a custom-designed anti-inflammatory or pitta-reducing food and lifestyle plan

If you're not sure if Pitta is in your constitution or how to otherwise thrive this Summer, click here to sign up for a free 15-minute consultation to walk you through the best path to help you heal holistically, learn more about your constitution, and more!

Until next week,
