We all experience different phases in our lives. In your First Act, the adventures of life are magical. In your Second Act, your life starts to shift, typically in your mid-thirties, into your forties and beyond. The old inner voice has quieted, the one that kept saying,
âI must have a baby!â
Remember THAT voice?
There Must Be Something More . . .
The New Voice Starts As a Whisper.
Then a new voice emerges that says, âThere must be something moreâ. âAm I allowed to truly live my dreams?â It starts as a whisper and itâs a voice that does not let up easily. You might try exercise, yoga, meditation, listen to podcasts, take various classes, and attend seminars to become a better YOU.
Weâve all been to those seminars where we get so amped up and commit to doing what is prescribed in the workbooks. You come home, after a week or so, the inspiration wanes, you find âexcellentâ reasons not to continue with what you were so committed to doing. It starts to backfire because the negative chatter takes over and beats you up for not sticking with it. Then the emptiness sets in. Where do you turn? The whisper becomes louder, âThere must be something more . . .â
Do You Want to Grow?
There IS Something More.
Itâs why youâre here. Your Second Act is waiting - itâs a shift in how youâve been living up to now.
What you will learn here is how to look at your life through a different lens. There are narratives, stories that we tell ourselves that do not necessarily serve us.
Letâs change them!
Do you want to grow? Do you want to learn how to live a heart-centered, high-vibe life? How about leading with your intuitive self?
I am doing a series called Meditative Moments. This is a 4-part meditation series, live streaming every Thursday at 4pm EST through the month of April. You can either watch me live on YouTube, LinkedIn, or Facebook. The links are listed below. Donât worry if youâve missed the first few, they are recorded!
These are meditations that you can do quickly, on the fly, throughout your day when overwhelm & stress take over.
They are designed to work together or on their own. You can choose the one that best suits your situation.
