Good Afternoon  - Lynn here.

Popping in to say hi to share an energy tip for your week ahead.

If you've followed my writing for a while, you've likely noticed my attraction to the “mystical” side of life.

I trust my vibes in every way. It feels easy, creative, supportive, and fun.

Embracing this lifestyle infuses life with a sense of magic, even though it takes constant practice.

Once you adopt this way of living and practice it yourself, you'll start to notice others in your life who share the same mindset.

These individuals bring grace to your life – they're genuine, ethical, spontaneous, and fun. They shine brightly, laugh out loud, and their zest for life is contagious. They listen, follow their hearts, trust their feelings, speak their truth, and act on their instincts without hesitation.

Most importantly, they inspire you to do the same.

Once you experience a higher vibrational way of life, you won't want to live any other way.

The challenging part is when drama enters your life and you become entangled in its details. The question is, how long will it take for you to return to your higher vibrational state of mind?

Growth, change, and challenge are part of the human experience, and life throws curve balls at every turn. It’s simply a matter of choosing which side we want to walk through life on.

I experienced some drama last week that didn’t feel good. In fact, I felt unwell because of it.

But it was my doing; I got caught up in old drama from the past that took me out of my “mystical” mindset.

My energy felt heavy.

Our closest relationships serve as valuable lessons. They teach us to adapt and grow. When someone's behavior causes emotional discomfort within us, it serves as a catalyst for our own healing.

We reflect on each other's energies – when troubled by negative thoughts or feelings about another person; we should examine ourselves for answers regarding our reactions.

Consider asking yourself: "What is drawing my attention here?" If you don't ask this question, you risk losing an opportunity for self-discovery. Perhaps some stuck energy needs to be released.

This week's energy tip: Focus on the bright side.

I learned this valuable lesson last week: If I want my life to shine, I must first appreciate the light in others.

Life is too short to be entangled in petty dramas. When we recognize the positive aspects of others, it’s easier to shift our energy vibration.

When we notice ourselves getting bogged down, we can let go of these distractions and shift our focus back toward the beautiful and meaningful experiences that await us.

….. until next time many many sweet blessings.

Love + Wellness to you!!

XO
