Palm Trees, Coconuts, Hurricanes, Oh My! 
 
It's that time of year again. As the Gulf Coast of Florida continues to clean up after Hurricane Idalia, we also keep a watchful eye over the Atlantic basin. When buying or selling real estate during Hurricane Season there as some things that need to be thought about. If you are purchasing a property, be sure to secure insurance as soon as possible. If a named storm is in the “box" you may be unable to bind your insurance and could postpone your closing. If you are selling make sure to take precautions to secure your property, if a storm is coming. There are clauses in Florida contracts to allow for repairs if necessary.

We are happy to announce the birth of our baby boy, Brodyn Leon Frady. 
 
He was born July 21st, 2023, a healthy 8 lbs 4 oz, 20.5 inches long.
 
10 years ago I began my real estate business because I was becoming a mom for the first time and needed to change careers. It is hands down the best decision I have made so far.
