Remember that a milder, lighter honey might be better to use if you really want the herbal flavor to shine through.

 

Simply fill a jar all the way up with apple blossoms, pour honey over the herbs, cap and let sit for two weeks. The strength of the medicine depends on how the quantity of herb in the jar, you can use more or less, depending on what works for you. Strain and bottle.

 

Because the honey has introduced moisture from the plant material, the honey may have become more liquid-like. If it is really runny, store in fridge and if it ever starts smelling off or tasting strange, give the honey to your favorite tree outside.
