New THINGS From this week
Yesterday I shared on our Facebook group a video talking about THREE CRAZY THINGS TO TAKE AWAY FROM THIS WEEK. I briefly shared about the importance of:
  1. Inspecting land size and SQFT size during your inspection period and not waiting for the appraiser or surveyor to give that info because that usually shows up after the buyers right to cancel for those reasons, which is during the inspection period.
  2. Disclosing known defects always, and if your sellers won't disclose then you need to use a licensee disclosure. Especially watch for this if you have a listing that busts due to inspection reasons and then goes back on the market. 
  3. Always quickly sending back any executed documents as soon as possible so the other party doesn't have a chance to rescind their offers.

Reminders from this last week

For those who did not complete the course you should have received a text message about this but we're removing your ability to generate a CDA until the class is complete. Please email admin@chamberlainrealtyllc.com as soon as you wrap up the class.
 
It’s a free course if you use a coupon code which is Chamberlain at check out. Once you have completed the course, simply download your certificate and upload that to your OREC portal.
If you attended this class live in March you do not need to take the course again.
