Hey Everyone!
 Oh my! It has been quite some time since I have sat down to write my weekly newsletter! I have been riding on the rollercoaster of life the past few weeks, and the ride isn't over yet…I am now faced with having to find a new place to live! The owners of the condo I (& my roommate) have been living in for over 3 years has decided to sell. They would like to terminate the lease by mid June, so not only do I have to scramble to find a new place to live (that accepts pets), I also have to find the money to move at the same time too! 
I have been looking online for another place to live, and I can't believe how much the cost of rent has gone up! The rental market in Las Vegas is crazy! Not only can I not believe the high rents, I am also having a hard time getting real estate agents representing the rental properties that I have inquired about to reply back to me! I leave messages (both voicemail & text) and their response time back to me is pretty much non-existent! Really? You would think they would be getting back to you within a reasonable amount of time to set up an appointment to show the property, take care of the formalities and get it rented for the owner so they can collect their commission and move on, but that's not happening and I have limited time to get this done! 
The owners have said they would like to sell the condo to one (or both) of us, so now we both are looking into the possibility of purchasing the condo. I don't know what the future holds, but I hope this works out so I do not have to pack up to move while continuing to look for a new place and dealing with real estate agents that don't get back to you all at the same time!!

Easy Protein Pudding
Are you looking for a heathier snack or dessert while upping your protein intake at the same time? Then look no further that this easy, 2 ingredient recipe! Here's how to make it:
  • 1 11 oz. Ready-Made Protein Shake (any brand, any flavor)
  • 1 3.4 oz. Box Pudding Mix (any brand, any flavor, sugar free or regular)
  • Whipped Topping (optional)
Directions: (Prep Time: 10 min. Total Time: 40 min. Serves: 4)
  1. In a personal blender cup, pour in protein shake then add the box of pudding mix.
  2. Put the lid on the blender cup, shake for 10 seconds to combine the shake and pudding powder, then blend for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Pour pudding mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight). Serve with a dollop of whipped topping and enjoy!
NOTE: If you don't have a personal blender, use a mixing bowl and wire whisk to make the pudding. 
That’s it! In about 40 minutes, you will have a delicious, high protein snack or dessert the whole family will love!

Hey Everyone!
I can't believe how much time has passed since I have barked with all of you! It has been crazy around here to say the least! But just when we thought we could slow down, catch our breath and calm down, we were hit with the news that we have to move! OMD!! Really? Well, so much for life getting back to some sort of normalcy! Mama is stressed once again with finding a new place for us to live! I help mama as much as I can, but one thing I do know, without a doubt, mama will figure it all out and get things taken care of and soon this crisis we are currently in will become a distant memory. I have faith in my mama to save the day!!
In other news, it's still breezy around here and it's really starting to heat up too! No triple digit temps yet (it's been in the low to mid 90's), but the long, really hot & humid days of summer are coming soon (much to our dismay), but at least all of the allergens seem to have settled down for the most part which is good and despite all of the life issues that have been going on recently, we all are doing well and we are grateful for that!!
