Frosty mornings and the clean fresh air tickles our skin. Grass has stopped growing and the days seem shorter and darker, or maybe it's just us sleeping in and going to bed earlier. Whatever it is, we are embracing this wonderful property we call home. Tall gum trees swaying in the breeze while the owls bark at night.

 

Situated 800 meters above sea-level, it's not unusual to wake to a cover of snow, this excites Alan & Teddy to no end. They quickly race to the door and start playing together in the snow before it disappears. It's quick to melt, so if you’re here when it snows, get out, play around and enjoy this magical time. 

Enjoy a romantic evening toasting marshmallows around the fire pit whilst star gazing. You'll be warm and cosy with supplied cushions, rugs and warmed mulled wine (non-alcoholic). A savoury gourmet picnic hamper filled with locally sourced, hand crafted, paddock to plate produce will be awaiting your indulgence. 
(This outdoor experience is weather permitted. In-case of rain, the experience will be moved to the enclosed Pavilion which includes a potbelly fireplace overlooking the water & Wombat State Forest. (Toasting marshmallows will not be available in the Pavilion.)
