Hello First name / Friend,, Throughout May, we’ve been introducing you to the two newest members of the 64 Million Artists team, William Warrener and Aksa Saghir, who together work on our leadership and creativity programmes at universities around the UK! This week, it’s back over to Aksa Saghir, Programmes Administrator, who invites us to bring a little adventure into our week… “This week's challenge is inspired by my cat, Luna, who decided to go off an adventure for 3 weeks before magically returning to us. I imagined him having a fun adventure like the movie 'Baby's Day Out' and decided to create a short story around it.” |
"Let's make a short story!” Choose something around you - a pet, an inanimate object, a person - and imagine an adventure for them. Where would they go? What would they do? What would they be most excited to tell you about when they return? You can write your story down, draw it or you could capture the story through photos and video. |
“Get creative and for a bit of inspiration, here is a picture of my cat. [Luna is a white cat with a large brown patch on his back, and on his head.] I imagine Luna's first words to me on return would be 'The food was horrible, feed me all the treats.'” |
What do you image your chosen pet, object or person would like to feel, see, hear or taste on their adventure? |
