I real books on nutrition, health, philosophy, psychology and self-help pretty much non-stop. I'm constantly underlining, annotating and further researching, which brings me joy and it also can be kind of intense. I have found that balancing this out with a bit of fiction here and there is the perfect way to fall back in love with the flirty escapism books provide. I'm reading this one now on my kindle, which is part of my sleep hygiene routine and I'm liking it a lot.
