Balancing each force to work in harmony with the other requires mindfulness and lifestyle changes, including:
- Yogic breath to relax the body
- Mindful meditation, positive affirmations, and intentional awareness
- Spice your food according to your constitution
- Avoid negative self-talk, poisonous conversations, and toxic people
- Eat a nourishing, balanced diet in alignment with your constitution
- Avoid eating when angry, afraid, or if your body is still digesting
- Engage in positive affirmations and add meditation to your daily routine
