Good afternoon - Lynn here.
Popping in to share a few thoughts and an energetic tip for your week ahead.
I’m coming to you live from the airport this week, so I'll keep it short and sweet. 😎
After a Vegas weekend filled with sun, fun, music, and all-around happy vibes, it got me thinking about the famous slogan, "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas."
The famous saying feels like a mindset that lets people come in, let their hair down, shed their worries, and embrace their true selves.
The city exudes an infectious energy, where fun fills the air, and people from all walks of life come together to laugh, sing, dance, and indulge in the wild and crazy.
The streets are crowded with people embracing the freedom to be themselves. It was a lighthearted experience for my husband and I. We experienced all around kindness and genuine smiles that left us with a cheerful and renewed spirit.
It's a feeling that I think we would all like to catch every day.
Experiencing inner peace and joy in every moment is a worthy goal we can all achieve despite our circumstances.
It’s just a matter of shifting our mindset.
Training the brain to look for joy in all we do.
We had the pleasure of seeing Jerry Seinfeld's live show at Caesar’s last night. We laughed out loud 😂 non-stop for a solid hour with Jerry and his opening act, Larry Davis.
It felt so good to hear his old jokes and many new ones. Seinfeld is one of our favorites.
This leads me to the energy tip for the week: Laughter.
Laughter is truly the best medicine.
Much like a gentle mental massage, laughter releases a surge of endorphins and neurotransmitters that bring joy and relaxation to both the mind and body.
Not only does it swiftly release stress and anxiety, but it also uplifts the spirit.
Life is a rollercoaster of highs and lows. If we can laugh more during ordinary, relatively easy times, we'll be better equipped to navigate challenging moments.
Never underestimate the power of your partner's well-timed jokes or a friend's infectious laughter.
Let's all do our best to seek out laughter whenever possible for our health & wellness.
…. until next time many many sweet blessings.
Love + Wellness to you!!
XO
Lynn
