Tools that last a lifetime
Volunteering in our community

Tip of the Week

We had a fantastic time at Sensory Sunday on June 11th, held at the Rochester Museum and Science Center. During the event, one of our friends created a superhero, and their ActiveLifeâ„¢ tool, volunteering! While not everyone can donate money to causes or programs they believe in, donating time is often more feasible and equally valuable in many cases. Volunteers can be found in various places and play a vital role in keeping programs running smoothly. It's an act that demonstrates care and can be just as fulfilling for the volunteer as it is for the program they support. When you volunteer for a group, particularly one you're passionate about or familiar with, you become part of their community, which is a rewarding return on your investment!

Hello Friends!

We are grateful to be part of a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to fostering holistic well-being. Our programs and classes are designed to inspire individuals to join us on a transformative journey towards a healthier and more balanced life.

Through our partnerships and participation at events such as Imagine RIT, Cazenovia Elementary's Art Show, Our Lady of Mercy Career Fair, RMSC Sensory Sunday, NuMvmnt, and Bowen Family Farm, we create meaningful connections and share our joy of health and fitness with others. Our interns and staff utilize diverse teaching methods to nurture the overall development of children.

We value our connections and eagerly anticipate the growth of our community. If you'd like to be more involved, please reach out to us! We believe in creating a healthy and harmonious environment that individuals want to be a part of.

With love and graditude,
