Happy Father's Day Weekend! Usually by now summer is in full effect. Any plans for this weekend? What about this summer?
I have to admit, tomorrow kind of snuck up on me this week. Not only has it continued to rain, but the day job has gotten crazy. But, we are planning on celebrating Father's Day with biscuits and gravy and maybe Red Lobster for dinner.
Then, by the end of the week, I'll have four teenagers when Dan & Xan turn 13!
The boys have been REALLY slow in telling me what they want to do to celebrate this milestone and something tells me they don't want Mom planning a birthday like I did when they were little. 
What will my life be like with four teenagers? Surely some of you survived that feat (or more)…any tips?

Soldier for the Starling is in the second round of edits and a novella called Mr. Second Time's the Charm is currently in the first round of edits. I'm so excited to share more about this novella as the time gets closer, so stay tuned!
 
In other news, I've started another novella for a project that's coming September 1st! This one features a single mother and a bar owner who has a big secret…
