Overflow Parking
You’ll find plenty of parking on this street.

You may park anywhere on Selrose Lane. Where the road bends, you’ll see a short concrete pathway leading to a small wooden gate, under a large avocado tree. Once you enter through the small gate, walk under the angels trumpet flower trees to your left where you can enter the yellow house.

(WARNING DO NOT PARK ON MESA SCHOOL LANE – TOWING DANGER!)

Our Ceremonies are a Scent-Free Zone
In an effort to limit exposure to toxic fragrance chemicals our hosts request everyone coming to ceremony consider the products they are using prior to, and during the weekend of ceremony.
This means examining what you currently use and hopefully avoiding common perfumes and colognes, dryer sheets and chemically scented detergents whose chemicals linger in the clothes they have been washed with.
If you see the word "fragrance" on the label, it contains toxic chemicals that have been linked to liver and breast cancers, as well as diabetes, among other diseases.
While these chemicals are absorbed into the bloodstream directly through the skin, they are also air-born and can cause serious problems for sensitive people in the room.

What To Bring
1. Something soft to lay on ie foam padding, yoga mat/lounge chair cushion/duvet/ trifold mattress or anything suitable to lay comfortably flat on the ground. A camping chair is nice but you will want to lay flat as well. This should not exceed the width of a yoga mat.  Your pad should be NO WIDER THAN A 24 INCHES.  PLEASE NO LARGE MATTRESSES OR CHAIRS, unfortunately, they take up too much space.
2. 1-2 pillows. The idea is to feel like you are in bed at home as comfortable and cosy as possible.
3. Water bottle. We will provide extra water to refill your bottle.
4. Change of clothes. There is no dress code. You are welcome to wear what feels most comfortable.
5. Journal (optional).
6. Please also bring the rest of the donation in cash with you. Electronic payments are not encouraged.
7. Organic fruits such as berries to incorporate into our meals. We will provide soup as well as breakfast.
8. A pack of organic, herbal tea (not containing Kava, St.Johns Worth or caffeine) to gift to our collective tea table. (optional)

Regarding The Menstrual Cycle
Our tradition considers the menstrual cycle and its blood equally as powerful as the plant ceremony itself. Therefore we kindly ask not to book your retreat around your sacred moon cycle and in case it does coincide we will hold your deposit for up to one calendar year of payment date. For more information please feel free to reach out to Cleo directly by responding to this email.
