Hey First name / friend

Did you make any changes to your fragrances since my last email?

Today, I wanted to provide you with alternative suggestions for those "not so great" fragrances and share more insights on how synthetic fragrances can impact our hormones.

Commercial air fresheners and plug-in fragrances often contain toxins such as phthalates, which can disrupt our endocrine system and hormone regulation. These disruptions can lead to hormone imbalances, affecting our health, from mood and energy levels to reproductive health and beyond. But the good news is that there are safer alternatives available!

Open your windows: Let the natural air fill your home by opening the windows and allowing fresh air to circulate. BUT FIRST, be sure to check your areas air quality (check your daily air quality HERE)

Opt for natural alternatives: Try natural air fresheners, such as essential oils, like lavender, eucalyptus, and citrus.

DIY natural fragrances: Get creative and experiment with making your own room sprays or potpourri using dried flowers, herbs, or citrus peels.

Prioritize clean indoor air: Invest in a high-quality air purifier or indoor plants known for their air-purifying properties, such as snake plants, peace lilies, or aloe vera. These additions can help remove pollutants from your environment.

By minimizing our exposure to synthetic fragrances and opting for natural alternatives, we can reduce the potential risks to our hormonal balance.
