USPTO Scam: What They Are and How to Spot Them
Dear Clients & Friends,

Summer has officially arrived, and with it, an uptick in scams. We received several calls from clients regarding mailings they received claiming to be from the USPTO requesting excessive amounts of money to maintain their trademark. Have you received a similar mailing? Read this month’s blog to find out what these scams are and how to spot them.

Also, this month, Steve and Amber, along with their spouses, attended Under the Stars Soiree benefiting Denver Bar Association’s Metro Volunteer Lawyer program. Find out more about Metro Volunteer Lawyers here.

We have received an overwhelming response to our client outreach campaign. Thank you all for your honest responses. If you have feedback for our team, please do not hesitate to reach out to Amber at amberv@emergecounsel.com or Steve at sweigler@emergecounsel.com.

Have a safe and happy 4th of July!

Sincerely,
EmergeCounsel
