This group training is for everyone — I meet you where you’re at! Whether you are new to strength training, dealing with knee or back pain, have never worked with a trainer before, are lacking motivation, or have been starting and stopping without the results you want.
 
I'm here to help you move better, more often, so that you can get stronger, and build muscle. All you need to do is get dressed and show up. 
 
Starting date and Schedule 
 
Starting the 2nd week of July, we’ll meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30am ET/ 6:30AM CT.
 
This course is valued at $1260 ($35/class), however I’m offering it to you for only $600! That's $200/month and only $16.67/class! That is over a 50% discount. Your health and fitness are worth it!
The amount can be paid in full or in three installments. Hurry and sign up, space is limited!

Once payment has been received, you will get a calendar invite with all details.

Each class will be recorded for those who missed it and will be available for 72 hours.

What you will need for the class
 
Dumbbells
Highly recommend 10 to 30lbs at least, if you can.
RESISTANCE BANds and hip circle
 
Stool/chair/bench
You probably already have a small step stool in your kitchen.
